Online Delivery Controller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Online Delivery Controller to oversee the end-to-end delivery process of our e‑commerce orders. The role ensures that orders are recorded accurately, shipments are scheduled on time, and customers receive timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update order records in ClickUp and partner platforms, tracking status, invoicing and delivery milestones.
• Process order modifications such as cancellations, rescheduling and changes in delivery method.
• Verify invoice accuracy and coordinate with finance for order release.
• Schedule shipments with third‑party logistics providers and monitor dispatch timelines.
• Communicate with customers to confirm preferences, provide status updates and resolve complaints including delays, defective items and exchanges.
• Validate customer data and plan delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, customer service and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
