Office Runner – Full‑time Support & Delivery Role

About the role

Uni Products Trading is seeking an energetic Office Runner to join its Hamra office in Beirut. This full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) combines active errands, internal logistics, and support for marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, products, supplies, and promotional materials between company locations, suppliers, customers, and external partners.
• Handle daily office errands and support internal logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with loading, transporting, and setting up items for photo/video shoots, tastings, and brand activations.
• Support product tastings, promotional events, and campaign executions.
• Organize office supplies, storage areas, and basic office coordination.
• Provide operational support to various departments as needed.
• Assist board members and senior management with business‑related errands.
• Ensure all deliveries and tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar Office Runner, Office Boy, or Office Assistant role.
• Valid Lebanese driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Beirut and surrounding areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.
