Non-Trade Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Non‑Trade Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of indirect spend across multiple categories such as IT, facilities, professional services, marketing, logistics, travel and more. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality procurement while complying with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end non‑trade procurement for IT, facilities, professional services, marketing, logistics, travel and other indirect spend categories.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality and favorable commercial terms.
• Support preparation, review, administration and renewal of contracts, service agreements and SLAs in coordination with Legal and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting for non‑trade spend categories.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets and governance standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, service delivery and contractual compliance, addressing issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement delivery.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and analyses related to spend, supplier performance and savings initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews and risk‑management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, supplier management and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement management or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
