Mystery Shopper

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to act as Mystery Shoppers on a project basis across Lebanon. You will visit assigned retail locations, assess the full customer journey, and provide detailed, unbiased feedback to help improve store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores according to a scheduled plan.
• Evaluate the entire customer experience, including store environment, staff behavior, product knowledge, cleanliness and overall ambiance.
• Follow specific guidelines and instructions for each visit.
• Maintain objectivity and focus on factual observations.
• Communicate promptly with project coordinators, providing updates and addressing questions.
• Complete comprehensive digital reports after each visit, documenting observations and any issues.
• Ensure consistency and quality of evaluations according to company standards.
• Participate in post‑evaluation meetings to share additional insights.
• Maintain strict confidentiality about your role as a mystery shopper.

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
• Access to reliable transportation for on‑site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital reporting tools for data collection and report generation.
