Internal Communications and Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

Murex, a global fintech leader in trading, risk management and processing solutions for capital markets, is looking for an Internal Communications and Employer Branding Specialist to join its team in Beirut on a 6-month contract, subject to renewal for another 6 months. The specialist supports internal communications, employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, promoting Murex's culture, values and employer brand while driving employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal departments and corporate services (HR, Finance, Travel, Office Management) with communication plans, messaging, channels, audiences and timelines.
• Draft, edit, validate and publish internal communications, announcements, email campaigns, event communications and promotional materials; maintain knowledge platforms such as SharePoint pages.
• Coordinate and run internal events, create registration forms, track participation, gather feedback, monitor engagement metrics and prepare KPI dashboards and reports.
• Support employer branding: coordinate recruitment and culture content (videos, testimonials, brochures), manage social media content, organize filming and distribution of branding assets, and coordinate university events, career fairs and hiring campaigns.
• Support corporate volunteering and community engagement initiatives, including communications, registration, follow-up and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, employer branding, event management or a related area.
• Experience creating communication materials, presentations, social media content and visual assets, and in event coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and reporting, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).
• Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and photography are a plus.
