Middleware & Integration Engineer

About the role

The Integration Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services and .NET technologies. This role focuses on API development, middleware solutions, event‑driven architectures, and system‑to‑system integrations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid/Hub, and Functions.
• Develop integration workflows, APIs, and connectors, and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Configure messaging patterns, DLQ handling, and ensure secure, reliable message delivery.
• Publish, secure, and monitor APIs via Azure API Management, applying policies and managing lifecycles.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability with Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor.
• Apply security best practices using Azure AD, Managed Identity, OAuth2, RBAC, and Key Vault.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET, with experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Cosmos DB, Storage).
• Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of authentication and security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC).
