About the role
The company is seeking a Mid Salesforce Business Analyst to join its consulting team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and challenge client objectives, processes and needs.
- Produce clear documentation, detailed designs and user stories.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design and build solutions.
- Coordinate project modules, provide updates and escalate risks.
- Supervise junior analysts and ensure quality delivery.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
- 3+ years as a Salesforce consultant or business analyst.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and client‑relationship skills.
Required skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Agile CRM project management.
