Merchandiser – Retail Product Display Specialist

About the role
The Merchandiser will ensure product visibility and optimal displays at key accounts across the region, supporting sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain attractive and compliant product displays to maximise visibility at key accounts from Maten to North.
- Identify customer issues and complaints, proposing effective solutions to maintain high service standards.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining minimum stock levels and coordinating delivery schedules.
- Monitor product conditions, expiry dates, and pricing to ensure compliance and profitability.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of merchandising or similar experience.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
- Good time‑management and initiative.
- Knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
- Own car with a valid driving licence.
