About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will drive growth for MD Medical by promoting and selling our range of disposable surgical gowns, drapes, packs and other medical wear to hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new healthcare institutions and professionals to expand the client base.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations that highlight quality, safety and compliance with international standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers, providing post‑sales support and addressing inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery coordination and after‑sales service.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare sales with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build professional relationships.
  • Good knowledge of medicine, pharmacy and disposable medical products to effectively convey product benefits.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Motivation to stay updated on healthcare advancements and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or a related field is preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
