Medical Representative – South

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio across the southern region, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. The role requires a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated individual who can manage territory efficiently and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors and pharmacies to present and promote pharmaceutical products in line with the company’s strategy.
• Prepare monthly work schedules, routing plans and sales calls.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Support the launch of new products and follow up on existing items.
• Conduct surveys and market inquiries to understand customer needs and gather competitive intelligence.
• Research competitor products and market performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the sales manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related healthcare field.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong time‑ and territory‑management abilities.
• Proactive, motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint.
