Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will act as the primary liaison between HOLDAL and healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical products, increasing brand awareness, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to medical specialists to share product knowledge, disease information, and key messaging.
• Assist in organizing and attending local and international medical events, conferences, and roundtables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical staff to drive prescription growth.
• Support customer segmentation and targeting to improve call efficiency and ROI.
• Recruit new customers, collect product safety data, monitor competitor activities, and report market insights.
• Document all visits and ensure compliance with call cycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 0‑4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of disease states and pharmacology.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
