Medical Doctor (Part-Time, On-Site)

About the role

Blanche Polyclinic, a multi-specialty medical center in Tripoli, Lebanon, is looking for a Medical Doctor to provide evidence-based clinical care to patients in their area of specialization. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Tripoli, requiring regular presence at the clinic during agreed working hours and active participation in its quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and educate patients on prevention and management of conditions.
• Take part in multidisciplinary discussions to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution and a current license to practice medicine in Lebanon.
• Specialization or residency training in one of the clinic's core disciplines (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, dermatology).
• Prior experience in a multi-specialty clinic or hospital setting is preferred, along with a commitment to continuing medical education.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and to communicate clearly with patients, families and colleagues.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care, including respect for diversity, confidentiality and informed consent.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage part-time schedules, follow-ups and documentation.
• Proficiency in Arabic (required); English and/or French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including patient history-taking, physical examination and interpretation of laboratory and imaging results.
• Familiarity with clinical protocols, infection control standards and quality improvement practices in outpatient or polyclinic settings.
