About the role

YMY Tutoring is looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to expand its digital footprint and engage university students in Kuwait and worldwide. You will craft compelling content, manage multiple social channels, and support campaigns that boost brand awareness and student interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish daily content across social media platforms.
• Research university news, student life topics, scholarships, and educational trends.
• Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, customer service representatives, and other marketing team members.
• Assist in growing YMY's online community and brand presence.
• Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Stay updated on the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with major social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is preferred.
