About the role

Steps Real Estate, a leading brokerage and property management firm in Qatar, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive its marketing strategy and lead all promotional activities. This senior, cross‑functional role will shape brand perception, manage property listings, and optimise digital channels to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.
• Oversee creation, accuracy, and quality of property listings across multiple portals, managing premium and sponsored placements.
• Establish and manage marketing workflows, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Direct production of property descriptions, brochures, presentations, social media content, and campaign assets, approving all content before publication.
• Maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards across all touchpoints.
• Supervise website performance, SEO initiatives, and social media strategy, analysing digital campaign results and lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
