Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead business growth, expand distribution channels, and enhance brand equity across our portfolio. The role combines strategic planning, supplier partnership management, and the creation of an integrated omni‑channel retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans to meet growth targets and expand market coverage.
• Drive brand‑building initiatives to increase brand equity and secure long‑term supplier partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and promotional activities with suppliers.
• Oversee the marketing plan for all brands, ensuring proper awareness and product positioning.
• Conceptualize and launch an innovative offline retail concept that integrates with the e‑commerce platform for an omni‑channel experience.
• Champion premium customer care, manage CRM initiatives, personalized shopping experiences, and loyalty programs.
• Validate campaign calendars, influencer strategies, and brand plans to boost traffic and conversion.
• Develop new market extensions, maintain market intelligence, and manage a coherent long‑term business plan.
• Monitor short‑ and long‑term financial performance, set departmental budgets, and analyze quarterly P&L.
• Oversee sales targets, incentives, margins, and stock management to achieve revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management and business strategy.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with experience in financial monitoring and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across multinational and local brands.
• Experience managing CRM initiatives and delivering premium customer experiences.
