About the role
As a Marketing Executive in the Demand & Intelligence unit, you will be the operational engine behind Proximie's global marketing strategy. You will drive demand‑generation campaigns, manage lead workflows, and deliver market and competitive intelligence to the commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google and programmatic platforms.
- Support account‑based marketing initiatives targeting key accounts in the US and other global markets.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation and budgeting.
- Track and report on lead volumes, conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Maintain HubSpot and lead‑hand‑over frameworks to ensure qualified leads are cleanly transferred to Sales.
- Provide sales enablement assets, performance reporting and market insight.
- Gather and disseminate competitive and customer intelligence for the commercial team.
Required profile
- Execution‑focused marketer with a commercial mindset and curiosity about the healthcare technology sector.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Operational Marketing.
- Ability to translate strategy into tangible activities and measurable pipeline results.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and market trends.
