Marketing & Content Specialist – Beauty & Cosmetics

About the role

Fadi Sawaya SAL, a beauty and cosmetics company representing brands such as PROVOC Makeup, PROVOC Nails, Gelish, Morgan Taylor and Clashes, is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Marketing & Content Specialist in Beirut. The role takes ownership of the brands' marketing activities, develops their digital presence and runs campaigns across Lebanon and regional markets, especially the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Create content strategies and original short-form content (Reels, TikToks, stories) for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, write captions in Arabic and English, and appear on camera occasionally.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video productions, develop mood boards and creative briefs, and manage relationships with photographers, models and production teams.
• Build relationships with beauty influencers, negotiate collaborations, run UGC campaigns and track influencer performance.
• Manage boosted posts and paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager), analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Plan integrated campaigns, brand activations, pop-ups and product launches, and work with sales, retailers and partners.
• Monitor beauty trends and competitors, and contribute to marketing plans for Lebanon and the GCC, with emphasis on Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation or brand marketing.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written communication.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media algorithms, and familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with influencer partnerships, UGC and creative production, and strong project management skills.
• Additional advantage: knowledge of GCC beauty consumers, graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro), TikTok Ads, Google Analytics and e-commerce marketing.
