Marketing & Business Development Specialist – Lebanon

About the role

We are an international company with operations in Europe and the Middle East seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lebanon. The successful candidate will support promotional activities, identify new business opportunities, and help strengthen client relationships in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new strategies, and travel as required.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and client‑handling abilities.
