Logistics Client Support Specialist

About the role

Sucafina, a sustainable farm-to-roaster coffee company founded in 1905, is looking for a Logistics Client Support Specialist. The role is the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring sale contracts are executed efficiently and on time while delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient execution of sale contracts for assigned clients, from offering and sampling through to delivery, and keep related data up to date
• Keep client profiles up to date and liaise with inbound teams on procedural changes
• Issue shipping instructions and logistics documents (invoices, release documents, cover letters) and make sure external documents are uploaded where required
• Work with internal teams, clients, brokers and logistics providers to deliver 24-hour customer service, accurate data and smooth handovers
• Anticipate execution challenges with Sales, Inbound and Head Office and advise on solutions
• Advise Sales on logistics costs for specific scenarios and other logistics aspects of sales projects
• Monitor assigned clients' positions and receivables

Required profile

• BA or equivalent; a focus on commodity trading, logistics or management is a plus
• Experience in an international environment and global collaboration
• Experience in coffee trade logistics and customer service is a plus
• Excellent English, preferably also French; another language is a plus
• Good organization, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and a high level of autonomy

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (compulsory)
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Knowledge of ESCC is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint and Power BI is a plus
