Logistics and Warehousing Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Beirut, is looking for a results‑driven Logistics & Warehousing Manager to oversee end‑to‑end logistics across several markets. The role focuses on operational efficiency, cost optimisation and supply‑chain excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations across multiple countries, covering inbound, outbound and e‑commerce warehousing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, enforce stock governance and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee transportation, freight forwarding and customs clearance activities.
• Drive logistics cost optimisation while preserving high service levels.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
• Support S&OP by aligning supply, inventory and customer requirements.
• Develop and monitor logistics and warehousing KPIs, governance processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop logistics and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain management.
• Proven track record managing logistics operations across multiple markets.
• Strong experience working with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and logistics partners.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, transportation, customs clearance and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
