Learning and Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Officer to drive both local and global training initiatives. In this role you will coordinate programs, create engaging learning content, and support employee development while contributing to our employer branding efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Support social learning initiatives and produce engaging learning materials.
• Create and monitor employer branding content related to training.
• Identify external training providers and assist with program delivery.
• Organise training schedules, logistics, communications and post‑training evaluations.
• Develop and update on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job training material for local and global markets.
• Ensure consistent implementation of training materials across all markets.
• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer and introductory sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through branch visits, attendance tracking and feedback collection.
• Coordinate off‑the‑job training programs across regions.
• Prepare reports and track key learning and development metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and support learning initiatives.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
