HR Specialist

About the role

Securite Assurance, a leading Lebanese insurance company, is seeking an HR Specialist to manage payroll, compliance and employee administration. The role supports the Finance Department and ensures adherence to Lebanese labor regulations while fostering a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary, deductions and benefits calculations.
• Oversee NSSF and Ministry of Finance processes, including employee registrations, terminations, tax declarations, family allowance and end‑of‑service settlements.
• Administer employee medical insurance plans, handling enrollments, renewals and terminations.
• Manage work and residency permit applications and renewals for foreign staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, contracts, attendance and leave balances; support onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Respond to employee inquiries, handle disciplinary actions and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Ensure secure filing of HR documentation for internal audits and compliance.
• Contribute to HR initiatives that improve operational efficiency, engagement and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 2–3 years of experience performing similar HR responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law, NSSF, Ministry of Finance regulations and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
