Lead Generation Specialist - Digitalization

About the role

Ark Energy, an advisory firm on energy efficiency, digitalization and decarbonization, is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on digitalization. The specialist identifies, qualifies and nurtures potential leads through digital channels and works closely with the sales team and the energy consulting team. Candidates based in Beirut mainly work from the head office in Antelias (A-Tower); project-based site visits may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digitalization-focused lead generation strategy and identify target markets and customer segments.
• Use digital tools to generate, track and manage leads, and conduct market research on trends and competitors.
• Analyse data to optimise lead generation and plan and run digital marketing campaigns such as email, social media, content and paid advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust it to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Engage prospects through digital channels to qualify their interest, then hand qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain the CRM with accurate lead information and report on lead metrics and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales, give feedback to product development, and stay up to date with digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years in B2B industrial sales, digital sales, energy or renewable energy, or sustainability and environmental industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and generate business in digitalization or consulting B2B sales.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and weekends to win projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and self-motivated attitude; knowledge of industry digitalization trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
