Kitchen & Laundry Technician

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is seeking a skilled Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join the Engineering team. You will maintain and repair a wide range of kitchen and laundry equipment, support general MEP systems, and help ensure smooth daily operations with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers and refrigeration units.
• Maintain and repair laundry equipment including washers and dryers.
• Support general mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems across the property when required.
• Ensure equipment reliability to minimise operational downtime.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electro‑Mechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Flexibility to support maintenance tasks beyond kitchen and laundry areas.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
