Aspire Software is seeking a motivated Junior Voice QA & Automation Analyst to join its team in Lebanon. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or interns eager to work with cutting‑edge voice AI systems, evaluate call quality, and translate insights into actionable metrics.

Key responsibilities

Listen to AI‑to‑guest calls and assess performance against quality standards.
Identify issues, document findings, and propose improvements.
Develop and maintain automated pipelines that convert QA results into live key performance indicators.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate feedback into AI models.

Required profile

Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong curiosity for AI technologies.
Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to spot subtle quality issues.
Basic coding ability and willingness to learn automation tools.
