About the role
Aspire Software is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join its Cubit Estimating team in Lebanon. The role involves building new features, maintaining a WinForms desktop application, and extending AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Build, enhance and maintain features in the WinForms desktop application.
- Develop AI features and investigate/fix defects.
- Collaborate with product lead, QA, and other developers on feature design.
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions.
Required profile
- Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Availability from 2:00 pm Sydney time for a daily overlap of 2‑3 hours.
- Commitment to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one object‑oriented programming language (e.g., C#, Java, C++).
- Strong foundational coding skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
