Business Analyst – Digital Workflows & AI

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Business Analyst with strong experience in software workflow design, business process analysis, wireframing and process re‑engineering. You will work closely with clients, product owners, designers, architects, developers and QA teams to translate complex business requirements into practical, user‑friendly digital solutions, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews and observation sessions to gather requirements, understand business objectives and identify underlying needs.
• Document current‑state processes, pain points and bottlenecks; design simplified future‑state workflows that reduce steps, approvals and manual effort.
• Translate business processes into structured digital workflows for web and mobile applications, defining forms, queues, case lifecycles, notifications and escalation rules.
• Produce low‑ and medium‑fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes to validate experiences with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain traceability throughout development.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping and to design AI‑assisted workflow features, ensuring proper human‑review controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar, with proven client‑facing and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation abilities, with excellent written and spoken English.

• Wireframing/prototyping tools: Figma, FigJam, Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe XD.
• Process‑modelling tools: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, BPMN.
• Delivery‑management platforms: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
• Enterprise workflow platforms: Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint.
• AI productivity tools: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.
• API and testing tools: Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman.
• Reporting/analytics: Power BI.
