Junior Regulatory Affairs Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Regulatory Affairs Officer to support the registration and renewal of new products across multiple markets. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely market entry while maintaining safety, efficacy, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete application forms, questionnaires, and registration files for each country.
• Organize and maintain registration documentation, creating templates as needed.
• Review registration dossiers, request modifications, and track progress.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest MDR regulations and apply them to registration challenges.
• Communicate daily with suppliers via Zoom and email to obtain required documents.
• Coordinate with branch, management, and sales teams to align product registrations.
• Produce weekly status reports on registration progress per branch.
• Submit daily activity reports to the supervisor, highlighting achievements and issues.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or a scientific degree.
• 0‑2 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Team‑player mindset with persistence and negotiation capability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of national and international regulatory legislation, especially MDR.
• Experience with preparation of regulatory documentation and filing processes.
