Junior FX Account Manager – Remote (Lebanon)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior FX Account Manager to join our fully remote team serving clients in Lebanon. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into the foreign‑exchange sector, allowing you to build client relationships and support the onboarding process on our trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with FX clients.
• Assist new clients with onboarding and platform navigation.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance on trading services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of client‑facing, sales, support, or account‑management experience.
• Finance background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); a third language is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑first mindset.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
