Junior Data Analyst & Front-End UI Developer

About the role

Blapp Surveys is seeking a Junior Data Analyst & Front‑End UI Developer to turn user‑generated survey data into actionable insights while building responsive rich‑media ad units. The role blends analytical work on segmentation models with hands‑on front‑end development for interactive ad experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse survey responses to extract psychographic, demographic and behavioural insights.
• Develop and maintain clustering and segmentation models (e.g., K‑means, decision trees).
• Track user personas, monitor survey performance metrics and recommend targeting strategies.
• Create dashboards and custom reports for sales and brand teams using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Metabase.
• Build clean, responsive HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript rich‑media units and UI prototypes, including playable ads, quizzes and drag‑and‑drop formats.
• Translate creative concepts and UI designs into functional front‑end experiences, ensuring cross‑device compatibility.
• Collaborate with data‑engineering, creative and campaign teams to implement animations, CTA logic and tracking events.
• Support QA testing of rich‑media units across browsers and devices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or front‑end development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large survey datasets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
