Junior Client Solutions Manager

About the role

Channel Factory provides marketing solutions for brands and agencies, helping them run campaigns across its video library, YouTube and other channels. This entry-level position suits digital marketing enthusiasts who want to learn about video advertising. As a Junior Client Solutions Manager, you will work closely with Client Solutions Managers and the Programmatic and Data Solutions team to ensure smooth campaign launches and successful delivery, gaining hands-on experience with YouTube or social media advertising, campaign management and client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in launching, monitoring and optimizing digital video campaigns across platforms, tracking pacing and KPIs and escalating performance issues with suggested solutions.
• Support Client Solutions Managers in preparing strategic proposals, targeting lists, reports and analyses, and respond to internal and external queries accurately and quickly.
• Communicate with internal teams such as Programmatic and Data Solutions, Sales and Analytics to align on campaign strategies.
• Generate detailed post-campaign reports with performance summaries, insights and recommendations, and analyze metrics and trends to support future campaigns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign processes and client requirements.
• Develop proficiency in internal tools, programmatic platforms and analytics dashboards, and stay up to date with YouTube and social media advertising trends and 3P developments.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience at a tech publisher, media agency or digital platform; YouTube or social media experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic Excel, including pivot tables, calculations and data visualization.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms, programmatic buying or campaign management tools.
• Salesforce or other CRM familiarity is an advantage; Google Ads or YouTube certification is a plus.
