Procurement Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to lead the sourcing and purchasing of mechanical, electrical and low‑current materials and equipment for our construction projects in Beirut. The role is full‑time, on‑site and requires close collaboration with engineering, project management and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review technical specifications and prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Evaluate supplier offers, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Issue and track purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records and align deliveries with project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, track evaluations and drive cost‑optimisation and delivery improvements.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience in construction, MEP or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms and basic commercial law.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
