Junior Account Manager – Shopify & Marketing

About the role

LUMINA is a fast‑growing ecommerce web development agency that builds high‑converting Shopify stores for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands. We are looking for a junior Account Manager with a marketing background to support our Shopify development and digital marketing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, acting as the main point of contact.
• Handle client communication, gather feedback, obtain approvals and follow up on open items.
• Coordinate with internal design, development and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and milestones.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs.
• Support Shopify‑related projects and performance‑driven marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 1+ year of internship or professional experience in a digital agency, ecommerce or Shopify‑related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client‑facing mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across teams.
