IT Support Specialist – West Bekaa

About the role

ProPack is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join its team in West Bekaa. This full‑time, on‑site position involves maintaining the company’s computer systems, installing hardware and software, and providing prompt technical assistance to all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance.
• Respond quickly to service requests and resolve technical issues in person or over the phone.
• Set up user accounts for new employees and manage access permissions.
• Repair or replace equipment as needed and test new technologies.
• Assist the IT manager with specific tasks and train junior staff when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.
