ISO Certification Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ISO Certification Specialist to lead and maintain our ISO certification and compliance processes. The role ensures that the organization meets all relevant ISO standards and prepares for both internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s ISO certification requirements.
• Develop, review, and update ISO policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable ISO standards.
• Prepare the organization for internal and external ISO audits.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors.
• Conduct internal audits, identify improvement areas, and track non‑conformities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate ISO‑related records and reports across departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in ISO certification, quality management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification procedures.
• Experience conducting audits, handling documentation, and managing corrective actions.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Relevant ISO certification or training is a strong advantage.
