Investment & Portfolio Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment & Portfolio Manager to lead the management of our investment portfolios remotely. You will be responsible for optimizing risk‑adjusted returns through rigorous research, asset allocation, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen investment opportunities across target sectors and stages.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market, financial, commercial, and team assessments.
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and return analyses.
• Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to decision‑makers.
• Support deal structuring, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisors through closing.
• Monitor portfolio company performance against KPIs and milestones.
• Maintain and improve portfolio monitoring and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in portfolio management or investment analysis.
• Strong knowledge of asset classes, markets, and risk management.
• Professional certification such as CFA preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
