Intermediate Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an intermediate Full‑Stack Engineer with a strong backend orientation to join its team in Lebanon. You will help modernize and expand a cloud‑based multi‑tenant SaaS platform serving enterprise restaurant and catering customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine full‑stack features for a multi‑tenant SaaS product.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Collaborate on modern React and Node.js applications as part of an evolving platform.
• Contribute to architectural improvements, moving toward event‑driven designs.
• Write automated tests and ensure a secure, production‑ready environment.
• Author and maintain CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions.
• Work closely with product and engineering peers to translate customer needs into software solutions.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a full‑stack engineer with strong backend depth.
• Hands‑on production experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React, and Node.js.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs for real‑world applications.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based SaaS, multi‑tenant considerations, and event‑driven or message‑based systems.
• Commitment to automated testing, code quality, and secure development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
