Information Technology Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems, hardware, software and network services run smoothly. Working closely with all departments, you will resolve technical issues, implement new solutions and help keep the environment secure and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, applications and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring security and reliability of the infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and system updates.
• Assist with the rollout of new technologies and IT projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, systems and support activities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work both independently and in a team.
