Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Presentail, a fast‑growing gifting platform, is looking for a creative and data‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale its influencer partnerships. You will help build brand awareness and drive customer engagement across Lebanon, the UAE and future markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
• Identify, recruit and manage influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets and deliverables with influencers, agencies and partners.
• Run campaigns end‑to‑end: briefing, content approvals, performance tracking and reporting.
• Analyze ROI and KPIs, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate influencer work with paid media, PR and content marketing.
• Stay current on influencer trends, social media developments and consumer behavior.
• Build long‑term influencer relationships to amplify the brand voice in target markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with influencer discovery tools, campaign tracking and social analytics.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and current content trends.
