Industrial Technician – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

Stork SAL, a family‑owned food and beverage manufacturer, is looking for an Industrial Technician to join its production team. You will ensure that all machinery and utilities run smoothly, supporting the delivery of premium sauces, condiments, and other products to local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC‑controlled machines and production lines.
• Diagnose faults in sensors, actuators, motors, VFDs, HMIs, and I/O modules.
• Maintain and service electrical panels, wiring, and control components.
• Support mechanical equipment such as pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, fillers, and mixers.
• Maintain utilities including compressed air, water, and CIP circuits.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and respond promptly to breakdowns.
• Record maintenance actions and produce technical reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG.
• Technical diploma in Electromechanics, Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Automation or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Allen‑Bradley).
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with pneumatics, utilities and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to read machine manuals, technical drawings and write simple reports.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reliable, organized work habits.
