Industrial Sales Engineer – Food Sector

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our food‑industry solutions. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver tailored engineering proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee projects from inquiry to completion.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and procurement teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Customer‑focused with a talent for building long‑term relationships.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Lebanon.
