Import & Export Specialist – Air Freight Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist to manage end‑to‑end international air freight operations for MultiLane TestProducts. The role involves coordinating with overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full import‑export lifecycle from pre‑alert to final delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, brokers and freight companies.
• Prepare and process export documentation such as AWB, commercial invoices, customs entries and delivery orders.
• Track outbound shipments, provide status updates and resolve delays.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with country regulations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales Operations and Supply Chain to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of import/export logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of international trade rules, Incoterms and duties/taxes.
• Knowledge of bonded/free‑trade‑zone regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP, Oracle).
