Implementation Specialist – Business Analyst (IRMS Suite)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to act as a Business Analyst for its IRMS Suite. The role bridges clients and internal teams, configuring the platform to meet medical information workflow requirements and ensuring successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Configure the IRMS Suite to support medical information workflows and compliance standards.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and work with product and implementation teams.
• Support validation, testing, and deployment activities for smooth roll‑outs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in medical information management.
• Participate in client workshops, industry engagements, and AI‑powered requirement gathering sessions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into client and internal processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or life‑sciences technology.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, with ability to lead discovery sessions.
• Analytical mindset, detail‑orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
• Background in pharma/biotech solutions preferred, though not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using documentation tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted productivity platforms such as Claude or Copilot.
