HRMS Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven HRMS Sales Consultant to help expand the market presence of Integral, our HRMS solution. The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with a solid understanding of HR processes and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
• Promote and sell Integral’s HRMS solution.
• Understand client HR operations, challenges, and requirements.
• Present Integral’s features and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate demos with internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, business owners, finance teams, and decision‑makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Gather client feedback and relay market needs to product and implementation teams.
• Stay updated on HR trends, HRMS solutions, and market opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or client‑facing roles.
• Background or experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, attendance management, HRMS, ERP, or business software is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and position the right solution.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and proactive in generating new opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Previous experience in SaaS, HR software, ERP, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
