HR & Recruitment Specialist and Cash Van Sales Representative

About the role

Super Nova Energy is expanding its team in the Baabda district and is looking for two motivated professionals: an HR & Recruitment Specialist to support its people operations and a Cash Van Sales Representative to drive field sales using a company‑owned cash van. Both roles require a proactive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• HR & Recruitment Specialist: manage end‑to‑end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain employee records and support daily HR administrative tasks.
• Cash Van Sales Representative: visit customers and points of sale with the cash van, promote and sell company products, develop customer relationships, handle sales transactions and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• HR & Recruitment Specialist: previous experience in human resources and recruitment, excellent organizational and communication abilities, strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Cash Van Sales Representative: valid public driving licence, prior experience in cash‑van or field sales, good knowledge of local roads and routes, ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
