About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Associate to join our fully remote team. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for internal roles, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
• Lead detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate technical skills through tailored assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine suitability and make final selections.
• Draft and present compelling offers to successful candidates.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with seamless code‑switching.
• Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• High attention to detail and urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• Adaptable, decisive, and resilient in challenging recruitment scenarios.

Required skills
