About the role
This on‑site internship in Beirut focuses on high‑ticket telesales for TATOUCHE’s premium beauty products. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, present high‑value offerings and guide prospects through the purchase process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and explain product benefits, safety certifications and guarantees.
- Overcome objections, manage escrow coordination and ensure smooth deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, follow up with leads and collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven closing and deal‑closure skills for high‑value offers.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of escrow processes and payment coordination.
- Ability to listen, negotiate and handle objections.
