About the role
We are seeking a motivated High‑Ticket Client Acquisition Specialist to expand the pipeline of Arab women executives for Harmonie Consulting. This remote, commission‑based position focuses on initiating high‑trust conversations rather than selling a product, connecting senior leaders with our executive coaching services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients on LinkedIn, Instagram and via email.
- Craft and send personalized, brand‑aligned outreach to Arab women in senior leadership roles.
- Qualify prospects through initial conversations to determine fit.
- Book paid discovery calls with the founder for qualified leads.
- Maintain a clean pipeline tracker and manage follow‑up sequences.
- Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates and calls booked.
- Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and targeting.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (non‑negotiable).
- Deep cultural fluency with Arab professional environments and senior women leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, warm and trustworthy.
- Detail‑oriented and able to personalize every outreach.
- Self‑directed, able to manage time without micromanagement.
- Discreet with a strong respect for client confidentiality.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
