Head of Treasury

About the role

This full-time, on‑site position in Beirut leads the bank’s treasury function, overseeing liquidity, cash flow, funding, foreign exchange, investment and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all treasury activities, including liquidity and cash flow optimization.
• Develop and implement funding strategies and foreign exchange operations.
• Oversee investment management and financial risk management.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury, banking or financial markets, with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash management, foreign exchange, money markets and banking operations.
• Experience managing relationships with financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and regulatory reporting.
