About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Real Estate Division to lead our newly created brokerage arm. The successful candidate will shape strategy, drive growth and oversee all operational aspects of the division while working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the real‑estate brokerage unit.
• Lead, mentor and expand a team of senior sales agents.
• Manage client relationships and build a high‑value portfolio of property transactions.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and reporting for the division.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successful real‑estate transactions and portfolio development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate sales or brokerage leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
